Can't plot DWG files to plotter from TrueView

Hi there,

I can't seem to print to my company's plotter from TrueView using DWG files. I can plot PDFs fine, and other users can plot to the plotter with no problem. When I plot it says "

Error - Attempting to plot - cancelling".

The plotter has the latest drivers installed.

When I click Plot - Select LONDC02-Plotter - Properties - Customise Properties I get an error - FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x607187e8 Exception at 840356h.

Edit the plotter properties outside of DTV and see if the problem goes away.
