Can only see objects after selecting them

How can I fix this situation where I cannot see objects unless I select them? (with CTRL+A)

Those settings didn't help.

Only in a specific file I cannot see some of the lines unless I select them with CTRL+A.

Would you please upload an example file (dwg) with some representative objects (some which are always visible some of the "ghost" objects. The others you can delete.

I found 2 WIPEOUTs at Layer "reka". This wipeouts hide the "invisible" objects.

You must decide what to do with this wipeouts. (delete or move or freeze layer reka or ...)

Thanks.

I used command "WIPEOUTBORDER" (1) to find the wipeouts easily and then deleted them.
