That is a tool only found in 'vertical' versions of AutoCAD.

Like what sort of information? And is your titleblock XREFed into that group of drawings (best practice) or is each titleblock separate?

hi, I have a title block, is a Xref inserted in all drawings. my Block has information as "date", "review" whith define attributes, but for information change I edit one drawing at a time .
I used  autoCAD Electrical and I can edit this block,
I created a project In Project manager
load all drawings in the project and edit my Xref with the command Title Block Update, and the information change for all drawings whit this command.
But The command "title block update" this in a tool pallet called Project.
now I do not have the AutoCAD electrical version just Autocad 2018.
I can load the the tool pallet "project" in AutoCAD 2018?
