CAN I SHOW A PARTICULAR LAYER TO BE TURNED ON AND OFF IN SPECIFIC VIEWPORT?

Good afternoon. I would like to know if i can show a particular layer to be turned on or off in a specifc viewport. For eg. am having a pool section block. i have to show the same section with and without rebars in two seperate viewports.Since it is in block if i add the rebar then the block gets updated and shown in the other viewport also...so what i am thinnking if i made the rebars in separte layer and if something can be done with viewport so that the rebar layer only shown there.

While in that specific viewport use the Ribbon Layer drop-down and click the Freeze or thaw in current viewport button.

Using the Layer Properties Manager while in a viewport you can toggle VP Freeze On/Off with a single click on individual layers or a group of selected layers.

Right-clicking on individual layers or a group of selected layers pops up options to set New Layer VP Frozen in All Viewports, VP Freeze Layer in either All Viewports or All Viewports Except Current Viewport, or VP Thaw in All Viewports.
