Can a laptop with Intel HD Graphics 4000 run well the Autocad 2018?

I would like to know whether is it possible to run well the Autocad 2018 well with a laptop which has integrated graphical cards as Intel HD Graphics 4000 ?

So on the page you haves sent me , it says: 

display resolution: Conventional Displays:
1360 x 768 (1920 x 1080 recommended) with True Color 

High Resolution & 4K Displays:
Resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 supported on Windows 10, 64 bit systems (with capable display card)

The Laptop which I will test has 

Display: 12.5” HD (1366x768) Anti-Glare LED

and Intel Graphics HD

i wouldn’t recommend an intel card

i would recommend a lower end geforce card like a 1050 ti or a 1060
