Cad2022 cant workout area measurements

Dear members,

I've created three layers for my master urban design, only one layer could shows the total area of the design area. the other two will only individual lot's area of the design area.Is there something I was doing wrong? how can I fix it, in order to let CAD2022 shows the total area of the design area.

I've attached the screen shoot on the following attachment.
