(BUG?) Autocad is mirroring everything automaticly

Hi, guys!

I'm having a problem with a specific AutoCad document, it only happens with this one. Everything (dimensions, texts, numbers, blocks...) suddendly mirrored. It feels like the document itself is on an automatic mirror mode. 

Here are some examples:

1. Everytime I try to add a dimension it goes like this:

2. When I try to copy and paste a text into this document, this happens:

a. Original text

b. Text when pasted onto the document with the bug

I tried all of the mirror commands, but none of them worked. I really need to solve this, would be grateful if someone could help!

Set your view to Top view instead of Bottom.  Use the ViewCube, or enter this at the command line:  -View then O then T.
