Bubble Command fails

User tries to create a bubble and command fails. I have repaired the installation, but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Try not to burst my bubble. I am not an ACAD user, I just install the software for the drafters. Please see the attachment for the error message.

Bubble is not a command name: what are your users actually using for a command?

What is your screenshot supposed to tell us? Looks like a normal startup.

Hi @Anonymous,

This thread was just auto-escalated and came to my attention. Has your issue been resolved or do you still need assistance?

Can you perhaps give me a screen capture or walk me through the process your users utilize to get this "bubble" normally? It might be a lisp routine that is unique to your firm that is no longer available or perhaps is obsolete.
