BLUEBEAM TAB ON MENU BAR NOT FUNCIONING - unknown command

I have bluebeam installed on my computer but when I try to create a pdf using the bluebeam tab on the menu bar I get : UNKNOWN COMMAND

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I don't have BlueBeam but I suggest uninstalling it, reboot, and then a reinstall.
