Bluebeam batch plotting problem

I am trying to generate a batch plot within Autocad 2017 using Bluebeam and I get the attached error when I am trying to open the Autocad DST file to add files to the batch plot.

It has happened on 2 different projects I have been working on today.

I have done this tens of times. I never had a problem until today.

I have contacted Bluebeam and they referred me to Autodesk.

I dont recall making any changes to the software. Not sure what would cause the problem.

Or is BlueBeam new? Or something else is new?
Does this work if you don't use BLUEBEAM, just the built-in PDF drivers?

Or is that new? Or did you get a new PC?

Your Windows and/or your Anti-Virus and/or your Internet Browser/Security settings changed: AutoCAD (and other applications) cannot reset it for you, you have to find the culprit and turn it back down or off. Usually if you upgraded to a new PC or a new webbrowser or finally turned on that firewall, or it could be triggered by a new software installation.

Or video card driver or Windows update.

So what's new with your setup?

The only change I can think of is installation of the new Windows 10 version 1809. Did that on Friday. Do you think that may be the culprit?

What procedure are you using to generate this batch plot? It could be in the procedure.

I have used bluebeam batch plot with Autocad hundreds of times. I use it every day.

Never had that problem before. Last major change done on my computer was to update to latest windows 10 version 1809. I do not know if this related.

In Autocad, I just go to the Bluebeam menu and click Batch plot.

After choosing the destination folder and the name of the batch file, i get the error when trying to add files by selecting the DST file. This is the procedure I follow every time.

I have seen Windows updates have unexpected effects on printing. I don't know if this one did or not.

Unfortunately, I do not have BlueBeam to test anything. So, my help is going to be guesswork. Hopefully, someone else reads this that does have BlueBeam and the update.

Can you (or IT) roll back the update to see if that is indeed the cause?

Also, check the BlueBeam forums to see if anyone else is having the same issue. Sorry, but those have been closed.

You will need to contact and work with your IT, this is a system level issue: you will need to reinstall all of your Autodesk/Bluebeam software and they need to resolve your security crash access problems.

Most likely they will want to reformat your PC to remove all the gremlins you introduced to the system, but that''s up to them.

@pendean, I think you may be misundersting. The OP did not upgrade to Windows 10. He is referring to the recent update that was rolled out. Everything "should" work fine but, as we all know, sometimes they don't and we need to wait for a fix or roll back to the previous update.

We also have issues with Bluebeam plug in in AutoCAD Electrical 2019. Bluebeam is not displaying in the menu bar, the only way to get Bluebeam going now is by typing: BSIBATCH in the command line.
