Hi,

blue-screen today means in most cases failure of hardware or failure of driver.

When updating your driver does not help (which I would start with) then you might try to disable energy saving options for your devices (I guess it's the graphic card as you wrote it's only happening with AutoCAD). if nothing helps then maybe the change of the graphic card is necessary.

Thanks for you info.

We take this error after the uptate of windows 1607.Was tested with different devices, we are faced with a blue screen error after windows uptade in 1607.

That means one of the device drivers are not compatible with WIndows 10 + Anniversary update.

Hi ,

We have been receiving this error but only for Autodesk applications.Adobe with programs or applications that belong to such an error occurs.Tested on multiple devices and all Autodesk import error give. 

Again, I have taken the errors I'm sharing it with you.

Yep, that is something like usual as AutoCAD uses the hardware in a very aggressive way to get the most performance possible.

Your screenshot shows that you have Windows 10 with anniversary update ... any chance to step back from that anniversary update? Not every hardware/driver is really compatible with Win10/1607
