blocked image not clipping correctly in autocad

i have a blocked imge for pattern. i try to clip that, it is not cliping correctly. i attached dwg below. i show the border i want. please help me about this issue.

can any one clip that correctly? & can u please tell me how to solve the issue

@binuntachari ,

 

Consider separating the image and pattern into two different drawings. 

You will need to use the XCLIP command and IMAGECLIP as needed.

like that its okay. but the background image stretched too much
