Block with circle/arc/elipse inside another block x scale factor X/Y/Z

Hi,

When I have a block with circle, or arc inside to another block, and insert this in my drawing changing de X or Y scale factor, the circles or arc, dont distort like another objects. but if I explode the block inside the block before insert, circle and arcs, distorts too. I dont know if this is a system variable. Because in Autocad 2014, I dont have this issue, but in 2020 (same drawing) I have this issue.

Block iso01 is intact, and block iso01a is exploded

Use -insert with X scale 1.2247 and Y scale 0.7071
