Block Reference Problem

I need to explode this block reference but it will move far away. How to explode this block reference properly?

I use EXPLODE command to explode this block reference.

Then it moves far away...

Have you check your layers?

Instead of EXPLODE try BURST command.

Finally I use another Autocad version to explode the block and it works normally.

Maybe my Autocad 2015 is corrupted.
