Block insertion problem

I am having an issue when inserting a block into an older drawing ( 2017 & 2019 versions).  The block will sometimes insert with huge cross hairs where the dimension was attached to the line.  The block file was saved as a 2010 type.  I can't find a setting to change this.  I appreciate any help offered.  Thank you. Correct blockproblem block

Hi,

look to command _PTYPE/_DDPTYPE and change the mode of point display (or size).
