Blank PDF when plotting to pdf

I have a drawing that has a pdf combined with a dwg that I am trying to plot to a pdf. When I preview it, everything looks fine. When I plot, it is blank. When I plot just the dwg, it plots correctly. I have sent the pdf to back of drawing and I have changed the layer that it is on but it still will not plot. Nothing plots at all, not even the dwg - it is totally blank. Can anyone suggest anything?

Windows version

AutoCAD version

What pdf driver are you using (can you post a screenshot of your plot settings dialog window?)

Is this the first time this issue has happened? Were you ever able to plot correctly to pdf? Does this happen with all files, or just this one file? If just this one file, can you post it and also the pdf you are working with? Did anything change on your system immediately before this issue appeared?
