Blank Paper Space

I upgraded from LT 2008 to LT 2018 this spring. My new drawing will not display in paper space. Any ideas? Thanks.

Layer frozen/off, no viewport, viewport with incorrect scale, viewport looking to the wrong coordinates, or maybe because a new drawing does not have anything in the modelspace, so nothing to show in layout ... ? Sorry, the description you gave is not enough.

There are so many options why you can't see something .... please show us the drawing, without knowing what you have done, we can't give you a valid answer.
