Bing Maps not working

Is anyone else having problems with the online maps not working?

 

I have the hotfix, and the coordinate system working and I have the box checked to use online maps. I did notice the other day that the Bing Maps website has been changed, so maybe they changed something that affects how Autodesk interfaces?

 

Never realized how much I use this feature until it doesn't work.

Hi,

 

please close Map3D, then start Autodesk Desktop App and log-out from your connection.

Then start Map3D and use _OPEN to open my dwg-file ... does it hang or does it ask something like "do you want to use on-line data"?

No, it does not ask anything. Just runs fast through opening that file. Here is the capture.

Hi,

 

can you please create a new Windows user account on your system with admin permissions. Then login with that account and try the same again.

OK,
we shall try it next. Our Administrator (for Windows) is pretty busy these
days as we have a lot of users in the Company. Certainly, I'll inform here
what is the result.

I had a nasty flu.. Now we did it.

Resetting to default and logging in as an administrator helped.

It works like a charm.
