Bing has a tendency to be more out of date than Goo' and even GE is likely to be out of date compared to the imagery available from your local / state government agencies, as is the case where I am.  Research your government GIS resources, chances are you will find better imagery there, and assuming your drawing file is *truly, properly* geolocated, then you can reference those images into your drawing with a world file, etc.

Sometimes switching to Birdseye may improve the resolution. It's possible that the higher aerial imagery hasn't been updated or hasn't been captured by the BING team. This is something which is beyond the control of Autodesk.

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh,
"...switching to Birdseye..."
I looked at your link, but have no idea what "Birdseye" is. How do you "switch"?

I know we should test whatever we share. But I was just going through a few links. And thought maybe this could help OP.

I also found this..

How do you get birds eye view on Bing Maps?

You recently changed access to the Bird's Eye View in Bing Maps from the dropdown box to right-clicking the map. When I right-click the map and click on "Bird's Eye View"from the context menu, all that happens is that the "Road View" zooms in.

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

Click on the Insert Tab in the Ribbon and then in the “Set Location” Panel, click the icon that looks like a globe. A drop-down will open. Click From Map. (In the future, a quicker way to accomplish this same task is to type GEO into the command line and hit ENTER twice.)

Hi @afzal.tanveer1

AutoCAD only provides Bing maps. You can try this trial app to import Google maps.

What I do is take a snap from the Google maps and attach it as an image into AutoCAD and scale it as per the measurement which was taken from the google maps and start working on it 🙂

I do what @TerryDotson suggested. Try to find higher quality aerials from local sources. We're looking into contracting with a vendor like NearMap to supply more frequent updates.

You're not going to be able to insert Google data directly into AutoCAD without a third party app.

NearMap also has a nice tile server system that (given the right tools) you can simply window your area of interest and build a high resolution image inserted into your geo-referenced drawing (and automatically draw-order sent to the back).

@TerryDotson

That does sound nice. But being a municipality we need to get proposals from multiple vendors and evaluate them. We may need to drop some bells and whistles to stay within budget. But the process is just getting under way. So we'll see. Thanks.

You can use the Plex-Earth Lite free add-on from App Store to see Google earth images in AutoCAD:

Hope this helps!
