BIND IMAGE (JPEG, BMP) TO A FILE (For Title block Logo)

Back some verions ago, there used to be a command in the xref dialog called "BIND", that let you bind an image to a block or file. In 2015, I can't seem to find that option. Does it still exist? Is there another way to BIND an image? Is ther a better way to accomplish my task?

I have to send the image file EVERYTIME I have to send a CAD file out or if someone does not have access to the drive where the logo is stored.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Joe,
"...will it cause issues with someone else opening?"
Yes, that's why it's a good idea to use Publish >> eTransmit to make sure everything goes along for the ride.

I exported CAD from Revit. The images that were linked to the Revit file were saved out as external references that were xref in the CAD files. All good, but how do I bind these images to the CAD file instead of just having them referenced? Based on the answers here, I would have to replace each image by copy/paste and then resave. That's cool for one image or one CAD file, but I have multiple files with multiple images. I have to open each of these and run that process!!?

@callenVCBY3 AutoCAD does not automagically bind referenced raster images with any built-in tools. Sorry.
It is what it is.

You could try using some found LISP customizations on the web to speed up the process, like these https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/visual-lisp-autolisp-and-general/insert-multiple-images/td-p/4407911
