Batch Plotting Sheet Sets

I currently create installation drawings for a production facility. I have no "official training" in autocad, so bear with me. One part# can contain several different drawings that get grouped together in a pdf file. Every year these drawings have to be updated with the current model year and all pdf's have to be created. I did not create this process, but this is how I was trained to do it. I have recently started using sheet sets to group the drawings and use the filename of the grouped pdf's as the sheet set name. By doing this, the grouped pdf's are named correctly when created from the sheet sets. Our facility scans a qr code to bring up the drawings for the production floor. Is there any way to batch plot sheet sets? I currently batch plot the drawings but have to group them myself. That is why I created the sheet sets. When they are published to a pdf they are already grouped together. The only issue I have is not being able to batch plot the sheet sets.

@jnksimmons ,

Provide an image, but you should have something like this:

I like to use the "Publish with Pagesetup overrides" found on the right click menu of the sheet set. My pagesetups are defined in my template (DWT) file which is specified in the sheet set properties.
