Batch Plot printing large text

I get the feeling this is an easy fix, but I can't figure it out. Batch plot has always worked great for me and this is the first time I've come across an error. There is large unreadable text when I plot using batchplot, but when I plotted individually, it came out just right. Help please! Screenshots of results attached below.

Looks like Annotative text or dims: is it? What are you using differently in PUBLISH from PLOT? Something is different, look a bit closer.

In the meantime... Replace/recreate the layout and see if the issue goes away.
