Batch plot does not work for someone in the office but it works for me (same project and ssm).  We are set up the same.  What am i missing?

What does "not work" mean in more detail please? There is almost always a pop-up or error message at the expanded commandline or something. Dig deeper. Your post is too light on the details as written.

Also confirm you both are using the 100% identical drivers (name alone is not going to cut it), destinations (plotter or port or drive/folder) and they have background publishing turned off too.

Thanks for the link to the earlier discussion: so C3D2022 is not new. Is it new to both of you today?

Or first time you both jumped into SSM and Publishing today?

Or get new PCs just recently?

Are both C3D 2022s up to date

have you seen this from Autodesk

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/ERROR-Error-when-p...

From your other post, these locations/drives do not match

pendean_2-1706124505357.png

what is this other location? Why is this one different from the one above

What about this other tip from the other post about missing content

If both setups are 100% identical and both of you have background publishing turned off, you'd not be seeing these types of issues using the same tools.

A reset of C3D or do-over on the other PC (remove and reinstall all things Autodesk or a new admin login for that user) may be the ultimate fix, but that's hard to tell with the info provided so far.
