Basic Grip Tutorial

Does anyone know of a good, basic grips tutorial?

For all my years in the industry, I've barely ever used them, and I seriously need to speed up my work, and it looks like this would be a good place to start, I see others fly through things with grips that would take me extra minutes that I really don't have.   I'm forever playing catch-up.

I can see I have some practicing to do, I never knew there was so much to it!   I think I've only ever used them with something like a spline command before, to create the curve points...
