Base point in 'Top' view different to base point in WCS

Hi,

In all my templates the location of the base point within the 'Top' view is the same as that of the base point for the WCS. I've received a drawing though that has the base point of 'Top' view in a completely different location to that of the base point of the WCS.

How can I change the 'Top' view base point to be the same as that of the WCS?
