When i move the viewpoint, the background either whitens or becomes dark agin.

Tried Keep scene upright - no use

I want to cancel this setting and that the background will be always black

could you do a couple of screenshots showing the background color turning white when you're changing the viewpoint?

Hi,

To keep your AutoCAD background black in 3D, change the uniform background color in the Options dialog. Type OPTIONS > Display tab > Colors > select 3D parallel / Perspective projection and set the color to Black.

Found, it's the PERSPECTIVE command. it also cancels the change in background brightness.

Thanks, solves, but PERSPACTIVE variable keeps resetting to 1 and it canceles these changes.

Should i post a new question?

I'm confused by your response.

Are you saying that after the change under Options, when Perspective is set to 1 the background now stays as black?

But the PERSPECTIVE variable on its own always resets itself to 1 even after you've enter a 0?

That means there is a certain outsource installed app or plugin that automatically change this value.
