Avoid dimension line supression

Hi, how can I avoid the supression of dimension lines? I am adding the height of windows and doors and when I move the text towards the middle the line gets supressed.

I've tried different options in the Fit tab of the dimension style manager but none seems to work

Thank you

for those dimensions where you added a 2nd value below these are the steps I took to correct them:

1. DIMEDIT > HOME and then select those dimensions

2. Double click one at a time on each of those Dimensions or run the TEXTEDIT command

3. Replace current entries (or CTRL+A to select all) with: <>\X200

<> = dimension value

\X = value placed on line below

Now the dimension line shows up.

Repeat on the other dimensions
