Its it possible to have a command assign to a certain created layer. Like the "Line" command assign to layer "xxxxxx"?

There are several LSP routines that will do this.

If you don't find one when searching, let me know.  I can provide the one that I use.

Hi,

 

some how ADDSELECTED command can Creates a new object of the same type and general properties as a selected object, but with different geometric values.

Hi John.  I'd be interested in that .lisp file if you still have it.  I like that you can assign dimensions to land on a specified layer, but boy it would be nice to have Leaders and MText and tables land on a set layer as well.  Blocks would be a good one too.

Download this one, edit the file for what you want, have it load each session.  I use it and it works really well.
