Hi,

how to put the returned area value (from the prompt window) in an autolisp variable, I use the command MEASUREGEOM to get the area.

I use the command MEASUREGEOM (quick option in autocad 2021) to get the area, the area command not working with blocks in autocad .

the goal of my program is to calculate the areas of each block in a drawing and export the text inside the block with the block area to a file.
