Autolisp load application

Hello im having a problem,

i have been dowloading a few autolisp files but everytime i close and open autocad i have to reload them before i can use them again.

i even added them into the start up suit but i still have the same problem.

don't know if someone know the answer to my problems.

you can try this in the command prompt just type APPLOAD and choose load  or contents to load your lsp and see if helps. thanks
