qui dessine des polygone et des texte et des numerro en relation avec une base de donnée

si il ya quelqu'un qui peux me faire une formation en lisp en ligne sur skype ou whatsup et merci

If you need autolisp training, do an internet search for "Visual Autolisp".  Look for english hits.  Unless France has disabled search per the new privacy guidelines proposed, links on the first 2 pages should get you started.

To get help as you construct your lisp, consider posting on the autocad customization newsgroup.

Suggestion:  Rather than draw a polygon and text, create a block with a polygon and an attribute. Insert the block with the text you get from the database.
