The limit is there to stop users like you from abusing the system by using it as a permanent file repository: what version of AutoCAD are you subscribed to? Full Subscription (not legacy) users have access to better tools for the task you've outlined, or you need to purchase another solution from Autodesk or from file sharing websites like DropBox etc. instead.
