Greetings and welcome to the Autodesk Community Forum.

I am a Technical Support Specialist and I spend the majority of my time right here in the Community to help customers with how-to questions, technical issues, or to give feedback on other customer concerns.

My experience with AutoCAD goes all the way back to the beginning of the product! In the 30-plus years of my career, I have been involved in the Architecture, Interiors, and Civil disciplines as a designer, project manager, and as a production person.

I have also worked in the roles of CAD Manager; BIM Manager; Trainer/Mentor; Network Administrator with Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMware, Apple experience; and as an Operations Manager.

When I am not working, I enjoy travel, cooking, bicycling, bonsai and much more.
