Autodesk download manager

I'm trying to download ACAD 2016 via the Autodesk Download Manager and I installed the download manager utility as they requested. Now my browser has been just stuck on a screen that says that the download setup package should start soon. When I actually launch the Download manager, it says 0 active and 0 pending. This has been sitting there like the attached image for 30 minutes now. Is this going to eventually work or should I just use the "browser download" option? This is the first time I have done this because in the past I always received physical media.

...never mind. Seems to have something to do with Firefox. Switched to IE and it worked.

Thanks for the heads up.

Lookes like we HAVE to use IE. The E-mail say this.  If they are restricting us to IE, they at least could have mentioned it!  Leaves a bad taste regarding the "new" version.

I use Google Chrome and it works fine here, no problems

I think the problem may have been that the FF popup blocker was stopping the Autodesk Download Manager from launching.
