If i wana to take the professional exam, do i need to do the user exam first ??????

It's been so long since I took the User Exam, I'm not really sure if you still need to or not. However, <<this>> document discusses each tier, 1 being the User exam and 2 being the professional. To clarify, contact Certiport using one of the following methods:
