Autodesk Autocad 2019 hangs on setup initializing screen

Autodesk Autocad 2019 hangs endlesly on setup initializing screen.

I am trying to install a modern version of Autocad (2019) to open a drawing i believe i made in 2017. Since i am unable to open this drawing with older versions. But after downloading the files, the initializing screen keeps appearing without progress. Screenshot included

Was AutoCAD 2019 already working or did it never start?

You might try first:

• login with a different Windows user,
• disable antivirus,
• disconnect your workstation from network and then
• right-click the AutoCAD icon and use option "start as administrator" in the context menu.

Please let us know if that helped or if AutoCAD again don't start.
