AutoCAD2023 w/Epilog 36EXT plotter - Editing Custom paper properties changes back to default custom size

Hi, can anybody help with this issue on AutoCad2023 Educational version. I cannot seem to edit the Custom Paper size. Any time I set the plotter size, and go into Properties to make a change, when I edit Custom Properties like Raster or Vector, and click ok, it changes to a custom paper size that is different to what I had set and I cannot change the custom size. I have added a clip of what happens, paper size was set to 610x914mm and it changes to a custom size of 279x216mm.

The plotter is an Epilog 36EXT Laser

Consider creating your custom sheet size in a PDF driver, then print hat PDF to your plotter instead, see if that reveals any other issues with that plotter/driver that you may have overlooked.
