AutoCAD - Word Search

Is their a way to do a word search in Autocad, without being in a textbox.  If so, What keys or where do you find the command?

If by "without being in a textbox" you mean without using the FIND command and its dialog box, what kind of report of the results would be looking for?

Or do you mean something else by that phrase?

In the attached picture, theirs lets say 20 mtext boxes. the city says change Dan to Tim. how would I do a ctrl+F like on work in autocad.  Mainly to change lines of text or see if its already on the page and included.

So CtRL+F in MSWORD brings up a dialog box for you to type in too, the only difference is it is not floating, it's a sidebar-reveal type.

So you just want some help assigning CTRL+F to bring up FIND command in AutoCAD, nothing more, correct? No changes to FIND command, no alternatives to FIND command (just yet anyway). Yes?

CUI command, this section, it appears CTRL+F is open/available to customize

Are you confident enough to take a stab at it, or do you need more guidance? Please let everyone here know.

CTRL+F in MSWord (and Excel, and everything in MSOffice, plus in Edge, Chrome and so many more). That was not an AutoCAD screenshot. I can see why the OP was hoping for at least basic compliance with CTRL+F in this "Windows" program.
