Autocad Won't Find Custom Patterns

I had a bunch of custom hatch patterns which worked perfectly fine. I had to reset Autocad and now it won't see those custom patterns in the folder. The patterns are still in the folder and the support file search path is in the correct place. But Autocad acts as if they aren't there at all.

Any ideas?

Found kind of an odd but obvious solution. If Autocad just refuses to see those patterns, just create a new folder anywhere and put those patterns in it. Add that path in the Support File Search Path under Options. That worked for me.

if this is the situation ... try to change the location of the support file to another place and the support path then see if any changes.
