Autocad Will not load

Sxstrace.exe

ACAD will not load. I get an error message saying: The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration  is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages. If the problem persists, reinstall ACAD (AutoCAD). Check the application event log for more details or use the sxstrace.exe tool.    myhr cvs
