Hello, using autocad 2012. 1. can't see "file tabs" on ribbon or find it when writting on command line. 2. The quick access toolbar menu bar is half hidden behind the menu bar.

This is how to display the FILE TABS. 

Warning, there's a catch.......you'll need version 2014 or newer.

The file tabs were introduced in 2014.

You may try....

1. Changing your Display Resolution in Windows Settings,
2. Changing your operating system to Windows 7 or older.

did you ever see opened drawing file tabs in your 2012 Autocad version?

you'll need the MDITabs add on described here:
