AutoCAD - Unhandled Excepotion Occurred - System.Net.Websockets

Hi all,

I opened my first file on autoCAD this morning and came across this error,

Could not load 'System.Net.Websockets.CLient. Version = 8.0.0.0, Culture = Neutral. 

PublicKeyToken=b03f5f711d50a3a.

Can anyone help what this means - whats happened, is it safe to continue?

This message means AutoCAD (or an AutoCAD plugin) is trying to use a .NET 8 component that’s missing or not properly registered on your system. I found after searching the following proposals:
