AutoCAD to PDF

Hi guys,

Is there way to plot drawing to PDF that makes PDF non editable?

Because we only submit PDF documents to our client and I dont wanna have password on it.

another question. How can I put my engineer's stamp on a drawing b/f I plot to PDF. My engineer is preferring stamp by himself.

2) Is the jurisdiction expecting the stamp to be wetseal? Electronically signed? Or do you just need to IMAGEATTACH a scan of the seal/signature to use in your DWG file.
