Autocad take time to open

I have downloaded AutoCAD 2023.1.7, but when I launch the program, it takes a long time to load and open—about 15 to 30 seconds. How can I resolve this issue? Please help me. Thank you very much!

I had the same problem, the newer versions of ACAD takes more CPU power.

I ended up, buying a new PC ( i9 with a RTX4090)

Now it takes about 4 seconds in average.
