There is a oroblem that just started yesterday and happens to me every time I try to use Autocad eversince-

When openning a file (an old one or a new sketchm doesn't matter) it takes a minute and then it try to automatically Regenerate Model, and then there is an error notification and the program crushes.

There isn't a unique notification nor an error number.

I tried to uninstall and then install a new version again, but it asn't helpful.

Please Help me!!!

Hi,

>> There is a oroblem that just started yesterday

Before you start reinstalling AutoCAD you should have verified what changed since yesterday ... and undo that modifications.

Typical situations:

  • Windows did an update (can be seen in control-panel ... uninstall them)
  • Graphic card driver run an update ... install the previous one
  • Antivirus did it's updates, disable it and try AutoCAD without active av.

At least the chance that you go back to a previous restore-point.

HI @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please tell me the operating system, the exact AutoCAD version you are using and the type of graphics card that you have installed.. This issue appears to be a graphics card issue that might have been caused by a OS update.

I suggest you try turning off hardware acceleration in your GRAPHICSCONFIG to see if that helps.
