AutoCAD plot to Pdf stuck

When I plot a drawing to Pdf with Dwg to Pdf and click OK then AutoCAD freezes.

No popup screen to save the file appears.

When I use the same plot settings with -plot, it works fine!

I'm using AutoCAD Mechanical 2021 with update and it works fine.

Is it really frozen? Or is that pop-up just off-screen waiting for you to click on a button?
Did you recently change from dual screens, or unplug an external monitor?

It's really frozen. According to the task manager AutoCAD is not responding. Can't abort or do something else.

It's frozen in de plot screen as soon as I click "Ok" button. Thanks for your quick response by the way.

The off-screen dialog box could be the one for the placement of the PDF, not the PLOT pop-up.
Did you recently change from dual-screens? Or unplug an external screen?

Which PDF driver are you using?
How about trying one of the other 5 PDF drivers in AutoCADMECH that come free with the program?
Where are you saving the PDF to? Try a different location as a test.

I haven't changed screens or unplug screens.

I dit try all other drivers to create Pdf but the same freeze appears.

Normally the plot screen closes after pressing ok and the next screen to safe the file location appears.

This doesn't happen. The plot screen freezes and the program doesn't respond anymore.

Normally if you have different screens you can use Alt+Spacebar and M to move the active window.

This is not possible. The most strange thing is when I use -plot or macro to Pdf, everything is working!

>>.... the next screen to safe the file location appears. This doesn't happen...<<<

On my dual screen setup, I moved the PDF placement pop-up to the second screen, and pretended I only had access to the primary screen where AutoCAD resides. I have to say AutoCAD appears to be totally frozen, clicking anywhere on the AutoCAD program window causes an audible ding from Windows/my PC. Does that by chance happen to you too (the dinging sounds from your PC, you may have to turn your system audio volume up)?

A reset of AutoCAD may help (easy to do right now), or a complete removal and reinstall of AutoCAD may or may not be your next task to do if no one else jumps in with an idea to try. Houston we got it!

it was the wrong plot to file location!!!!

The profile was imported with a different Plot to file location.

This location was not applicable for this user!

Changing to default and everything works fine!!

Thanks for your help anyway.
