Autocad othotmode multipe clicks at once

I used to use F8 button to activate/desactivate ORTHOMODE with no problems whatsoever, but recently I've been having issues with multiple clicks. If no Object is selected I can press the F8 button and it will work just fine, but if any object is already selected and I'm in the middle of dragging it, if I press the F8 it will get extremelly laggy and from the command window I noticed what actually happens is that the one click it's giving multiple ortho on/ortho off at once. However if I click on the ribbon button it works fine as well, even in the middle of dragging. Happening in two different pcs, the problem started after both opened the same faulty file. Definetly not a keyboard issue, as stated before it's happening in two differente pcs, other keyboars where tested and the problem won't occur if no object is being dragged, regardless as to wether I'm using move command or dragging the object from a vertice. Appreciate any input, cheers!

What did you all change recently, keyboards? PCs? newer version of AutoCAD?
Are these laptop keyboards?
Which keyboard is being used? Wired or wireless?

ABOUT command in both PCs lists what as your two AutoCAD versions?

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply.

We've changed nothing recently, the only commong ground for both pcs is having opened the previous mencioned faulty file, which we thought it would get back to normal upon closing such file, both pcs have the exactly same specs, but autocad preferences are different as they're not used by the same person.

They are Desktops pcs and wired keyboard is being used.

Both pcs use Autocad and Civil 3d 2015 version...and same issue happens in civil 3d as well.

Reset to Default your Autocad or use restore point in Windows.

So if the problem is limited to the one single DWG file, then fix the file (not the program or your system) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...
