Ho la versione 2017 di autocad e di punto in bianco oggi, aprendo un file su cui stavo lavorando, durante il caricamento, la schermata si è chiusa, senza inserire poi la finestra per inviare il rapporto errori. Provo a riaprire lo stesso file, autocad resta nella schermata di caricamento, fino a che non l'ho chiusa forzatamente io. Non capisco cosa sia successo dato che non ci sono stati problemi l'ultima volta che l'ho utilizzato. Riavvio il PC ma anche qui sono costretta a spegnerlo e riaccenderlo. Provo ad eseguire autocad come amministratore ma stesso problema, carica a vuoto. Come posso risolvere il problema?

It may be a file or application issue, let's try to isolate the problem, utilizing the Process Monitor you can locate the cause of the crash please review this video.

 

File Issue

Test the file by trying to launch the application by itself, then create a new drawing file.

If the application starts & you can create a new drawing, then the issue is with the file. Please review "How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files".

 

Application Issue

  1. Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
  2. Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
  3. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website then (Assign the correct Graphics Card)
  4. Temporarily disable your Antivirus software, Firewall or other 3rd party software
  5. Temporarily disable UAC on  Windows 7 or Windows 10 
  6. Update your product signing into your Autodesk Account
  7. Reset to your appliaction to defaults
