I have the 2017 version of autocad and out of the blue today, opening a file I was working on, while loading, the screen closed, without then inserting the window to send the error report. I try to reopen the same file, autocad remains in the loading screen, until I forcibly closed it. I don't understand what happened since there were no problems the last time I used it. Restart the PC but even here I have to turn it off and on again. I try to run autocad as an administrator but the same problem, it loads empty. How can I solve the problem?
Hello @Anonymous,
Thank you for posting. I have translated your post for you this is an English forum, please translate your posts for better feedback in the future.
It may be a file or application issue, let's try to isolate the problem, utilizing the Process Monitor you can locate the cause of the crash please review this video.
File Issue
Test the file by trying to launch the application by itself, then create a new drawing file.
If the application starts & you can create a new drawing, then the issue is with the file. Please review "How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files".
Application Issue
- Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
- Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
- Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website then (Assign the correct Graphics Card)
- Temporarily disable your Antivirus software, Firewall or other 3rd party software
- Temporarily disable UAC on Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Update your product signing into your Autodesk Account
