AutoCAD - My father has to switch PCs. Help for minimum specifications

Good morning everyone.

My dad has to switch PCs with AutoCad 2018.

He wants to buy this PC:

Can you help me by telling me if he at least meets the minimum requirements of AutoCad?

Thank you so much for your kind replies.

Other than the graphics which seems to be built-in (Intel UHD Graphics) which may run without issues on AutoCAD 2018, the other major issue is that this comes with Windows 11 OS which is released after AutoCAD 2018. Perhaps others may have experienced if installing & running such an old version of AutoCAD would be problematic on the lastest OS.
