AutoCAD Message on screen...not sure why this started appearing on screen?

Message is stating that you need to remove and/or reinstall your Adobe Acrobat add-on in AutoCAD, something about its setup is missing aka has failed.

Thank you!  I am trying to help a friend who sent me the picture.  I was told his commands disappeared within AutoCAD, I just thought he needed to type "ribbon" under his command line, but he says when he does that...this AutoCAD message pops up on the screen. So I will mention to him to uninstall Adobe and see what happens?
